I LOVE this bike! I previously owned an ONYX RCR and while I loved that bike, it was expensive. Also I couldn't ride it on our local rail trail and they are now out of business. I tried a Hover-1 ebike and while it is an awesome bike it didn't have the range I wanted and it was a bit too small for me (I am 6ft). I gave that to my wife and tried the Freego and it is just what I was looking for. It is VERY solidly built. The F3 Pro Max with dual batteries has great range and the top speed is great. I can keep up with traffic in town. Customer service is AWESOME! They respond to every message within 24 hours. It even has cruise control! I did not see that noted anywhere so it was a pleasant surprise. The only complaint I can give is the uncomfortable seat. But this is pretty much the same with every other ebike out there. Get a good pair of padded bike shorts and you will be fine. ... show more

I got this freego pro max 3 and was impressed from the beginning. I was riding it to work everyday and since I live a few neighborhood streets from my shop I was taking my huskies along with me. They loved the mile run and kept up really well. Unfortunately, one moment of inattention and the leash wrapped are rear hub. Do not recommend. Repaired and bled broken brake line, but got error 10 and non-working brake light. After going thru all the Youtube videos I contacted freego. They asked numerous questions and had me try several different tests. After receiving new controllers and comm line, we are back to riding. (without the huskies) $130 for 3 main parts including shipping seems more than fair. I highly recommend the bike. Ken ... show more

I ordered this FREEGO F-3 PRO MAX 2000W packed with power and speed! The shipping was fast and the package was amazing! You can tell that the manufacturer put their heart and soul into making sure that the customers get the e-bike in perfect condition. The assembly was soooo easy that it took me less than 30 min to do it. I took it Off roading that day to Sycamore Canyon and I have a blast !! It has a red button that when you activate it, gives you extra speed and adrenaline! Fast and the Furious! I bought this bike 6 months ago and it has problem every single day. It started with flat tires and then the battery didn’t work. I have changed the tubes twice and the tire once. Now the bike doesn’t start and the monitor has problem turning on. The company does not answer any of my calls nor emails. JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ... show more

Purchased the bike recieit on July 24th, we'll about 80% of it. Almost a month later (and the 3rd attempt from the company) I received what they referred to as an excessery box, with peddles front brake rotor head light nuts and bolts and some tools. Horrible experience. I'll be taking a break from Amazon over this. When I turn on the lights I get no indication on the display even though there is a indication when I turn the bike on, not that big of a deal to me, we'll not enough to deal with this company ever again. As far as Amazon, as I dealt with this I purchased my next big item through a company directly and the price was the same as on Amazon and I could not have asked for a better experience, it was everything this was supposed to be, but wasnt! ... show more

Fast fun bike and well built. Came out of the box mostly assembled. I initially had trouble getting it out of the governed European slow mode. But Freego support responded quickly and got me in the right mode. They gave me an email to get in touch with a technician directly. Bike goes really fast and switch it to dual motor and get all the power you need-even with a passenger. The front fender came scratched out of the box and they shipped me a replacement no questions asked. This item is advertised as able to go 34mph. It Does Not. This E Bike Only Goes 16mph at Best. -Update, the company finally contacted me after I left a bad review. After about 2 weeks of not hearing from them about how to adjust the max speed, I left a bad review and the next day I had the information on how to take off the speed governor.
