I bought two of these bikes for myself and my son. The bikes are solid, very fun to ride, and fast! Unfortunately, after some riding, my son's rear wheel motor stopped working. It took Freego some time to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem and they at first sent some new parts that didn't resolve it. However, they subsequently sent the entire rear wheel with motor and covered the cost for a bike company to install it. They also extended my warranty to show their commitment to the product! I bought this bike 6 months ago and it has problem every single day. It started with flat tires and then the battery didn’t work. I have changed the tubes twice and the tire once. Now the bike doesn’t start and the monitor has problem turning on. The company does not answer any of my calls nor emails. JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ... show more

I LOVE this bike! I previously owned an ONYX RCR and while I loved that bike, it was expensive. Also I couldn't ride it on our local rail trail and they are now out of business. I tried a Hover-1 ebike and while it is an awesome bike it didn't have the range I wanted and it was a bit too small for me (I am 6ft). I gave that to my wife and tried the Freego and it is just what I was looking for. It is VERY solidly built. The F3 Pro Max with dual batteries has great range and the top speed is great. I can keep up with traffic in town. Customer service is AWESOME! They respond to every message within 24 hours. It even has cruise control! I did not see that noted anywhere so it was a pleasant surprise. The only complaint I can give is the uncomfortable seat. But this is pretty much the same with every other ebike out there. Get a good pair of padded bike shorts and you will be fine. ... show more

I ordered this FREEGO F-3 PRO MAX 2000W packed with power and speed! The shipping was fast and the package was amazing! You can tell that the manufacturer put their heart and soul into making sure that the customers get the e-bike in perfect condition. The assembly was soooo easy that it took me less than 30 min to do it. I took it Off roading that day to Sycamore Canyon and I have a blast !! It has a red button that when you activate it, gives you extra speed and adrenaline! Fast and the Furious! After the worst assembly instructions I've ever seen, full speed being locked behind a password-protected programming mode, and non-adjustable rear shocks that definitely do NOT support the weight capacity listed I can't get this bike to exceed 25 mph even going downhill while pedaling. Add on an uncomfortable, non-adjustable seat and no gear changes for pedaling and it's definitely not the best e-bike out there especially for the price. Purchased the bike recieit on July 24th, we'll about 80% of it. Almost a month later (and the 3rd attempt from the company) I received what they referred to as an excessery box, with peddles front brake rotor head light nuts and bolts and some tools. Horrible experience. I'll be taking a break from Amazon over this. When I turn on the lights I get no indication on the display even though there is a indication when I turn the bike on, not that big of a deal to me, we'll not enough to deal with this company ever again. As far as Amazon, as I dealt with this I purchased my next big item through a company directly and the price was the same as on Amazon and I could not have asked for a better experience, it was everything this was supposed to be, but wasnt! ... show more

This item is advertised as able to go 34mph. It Does Not. This E Bike Only Goes 16mph at Best. -Update, the company finally contacted me after I left a bad review. After about 2 weeks of not hearing from them about how to adjust the max speed, I left a bad review and the next day I had the information on how to take off the speed governor. Now it goes the 34mph as advertised. Also to note the front motor has lots of power and not much weight on it. It can get wobbly when first taking off. Be carful not to get thrown off. ... show more
