Now that I've had these long enough to experience both dry and wet, wet, wet work days figured they are worth a review. Overall I really like them. They are comfortable and quickly broke in, tho I did add some Dr Scholl's right over the insole already inside. I have boots on my feet from 5am to 7-8pm everyday and at the end of the day I don't have any discomfort from walking on concrete during a 10 to 12 hour work day follow by a few hours of around the house chores. Watertight is always a major deal for me and these have surpassed the test so far. From both walking through wet fields to finding myself standing in 4 to 5 inches of water my feet remained dry with no leaks!! I think they look good for your average black combat boot style and at the price point where I couldn't afford to spend nearly $300 on Danners they stand up to my hard and sometimes wet work days. Be warned, however, that the material these are made out of you wouldn't want to do much welding or torch cutting or kicking logs to adjust the camp fire,( they look to be a tight woven nylon type material ). So if you work with fire or drops of molten metal look for something all leather obviously. Outside of that I recommend these boots. ... show more

To start, this is not paid or anything. I'm just some dude that bought these for utility work 60 hours a week. I originally purchased these Oct 22, 2022 and have used them as my only boots day in and day out. They have been comfortable since day. I purasched my true to size and they fit well new, but broke in pretty quick allowing just enough wiggle room. I'm honestly extremely impressed with the quality and durability which is the only reason I'm writing this review. I walk an average of 5-8 miles a day in residential, rural, and all other kinds of terrain in all weather types. These photos are after 8 months. There is some slight wear on the inside, but nothing crazy. The soles actually have held up very well. There is some balding areas in the main strike areas and small tears on the heals from 1000s of miles of driving. No water has leaked through in those areas. The sides are definitely the weakest point, but definitely not weak. They have also held up very well. They do have some small tears and rips they eventually made their way over weeks, maybe a couple of months, all the way through. Which definitely does suck when it rains. But, the weatherproof really works. So after 8 months of legit raw everyday use, I was so impressed that I bought another pair in brown this time. I'm keep the old ones for back ups and to alternate some use with the new ones. For the price, I can't find anything to complain about. Hopefully this helps. ... show more

These are like moon boots, they are very firm and not a lot of flex, but excellent protection and the quality seems pretty good. I have not worn them outdoors very much, but the were comfortable. I can imagine these are not good for hiking, because they are very rigid but if you are walking on sharp rocks and dealing with work labor, they seem tough and water resistant, warm. ... show more

These tend to run slightly small. I have had two pairs and ordered the 2nd pair a half size larger. You will need to order a half or more size larger if you wear thick socks. As for durability, unlike fall-apart-in-a-year Keen shoes, construction is excellent with no seams splitting or separation of the sole from the boot. ... show more

After two week use review. Good quality boot, look like a boot walks like a sneaker. No knee pain walking on concrete all day. Hardly tested water proofing so can’t answer that yet. My feet wasn’t drenched in sweat, so seems pretty breathable. Tread isn’t as aggressive as I’d like but isn’t bad. Shoe string are a tad long and the hooks on the boot are tight. So don’t know how long the strings will last, double knot them easy fix. Overall if they hold up the use/abuse I’ll rebuy them. Only problem I’ve had is my ankle sits right on the outside support so it sometimes rubs wrong. ... show more
