These are a no brainer. Been buying the 3 packs of cheapos for years since and living with the disappointment of they don't last, they smudge easy, they're uncomfortable yada, yada, yada. These are excellent. Something this small, this insignificant, this tiny little victory over the cheapo reader industry (thanks for nothing China), should not feel so good but here I am basking in the warmth of finally beating out Big Disposo Readers. It's a Foster Grant, what could be wrong. I purchased the Foster Grant Men's Sloan Square Reading Glasses (putting entire name as I know Amazon will clump reviews together for the same mfg sometimes). They are quite comfortable, work great. I am glad to have moved away from polarized, I can read my GPS much clearer now. ... show more

Great value. I use these for working on my computer. One tip...for computer use, I recommend going one power lower. For example, I normally use 175's for reading, but 150's work better for computers. This is due to the longer vocal distances.

The glasses are probably worth $5. Fit is ok and lenses are ok but the finish on the frame is terrible. Within a week of use the paint/plastic finish started peeling off the area of the temple tips, exposing clear plastic. They are fine for computer use and it is too much trouble to return them. I know they are supposed to be cheap readers, but $5 is what they are worth. ... show more

I initially wanted a different style but they were not in stock. Settled for the black framed Foster Grants and they are nice. Not stylish, but very functional and comfortable.
