I have dropped my phone at least 5 times, and although it chipped the screen protector the phone is fine. It looks nice and was easy to install. It seems to perform and worked well when I unintentionally dropped the phone. It comfortable for me to hold and seems stable. I like the case but the screen protector isn't all that great. A couple of soft taps and the screen protector is already cracked. I guess it's doing it's job and that's better than the actual screen being cracked. Nonetheless, I expected the SP to be sturdier. So far tho, the case has held up quite well. I do really like it. Exactly as described. It appears to be sturdy. I dropped my phone a few times smack on the glass side and it did not crack. I was so thankful. The phone is slippery which is a dislike. Overall, it's a great cell phone case. I give it two thumbs up!

I was actually disappointed with this. I really wanted to love it. I ordered this as soon as my phone was upgraded. Once it arrived I quickly noticed both the screen protector glass and the camera lens were missing, which was the main reason I needed it. We were able to return it and have a new one shipped out, this time coming in a sealed box that had all the pieces it was supposed to. Everything fits my phone perfectly and it works. I absolutely love the light pink color. While waiting for my replacement I ended up having to order and use a diff one temporarily, the only reason I'm still using this one now is because of the color. I was excited about the wristband on this, as my hands are always full I'm constantly laying my phone down and losing it, especially chasing after young kids, and I rarely have pockets. Well, it didn't even last a full 2 days. Halfway through the second day, while at a store, it snapped and broke and my phone crashed to the floor. Later, at the park, the other side of the wristband broke off as well. I will say, my phone survived both falls thanks to the screen protectors and case but the wristband is cheaply made and basically useless. Beings that it was one of the deciding factors when I chose this one, it was kind of a let down. ... show more
