Love this ebike! It came packaged very well protected, and almost fully assembled. You just have to unfold the frame and handlebars, and insert the comfy seat. It came with instructions on how to unlock the speed limiter. I had to go to all the "P" settings and change one of them. However, for me it still did not unlock. So, after the "P" settings were verified as correct, I again did the first step.........hold the right break lever, turn on power, keep holding brake for about 10 seconds and it worked. My calculations for the 5 "P" levels were approximately: P1: 10.6 mph, P2: 14.6 mph, P3: 18.6 mph, P4: 22.6 mph, P5: 23.7 mph. These are all about the median of my tests due to not having perfectly flat areas.........it's all small rolling hills around my town. The max speed I attained was 25.1 mph. For me the P3 setting is plenty fast. I have only rode it about 50 miles, but so far it appears I will get the miles per charge as stated as per your "P" setting. To turn on the lights: after powering on the bike, press and hold the + button a couple seconds till they come on. (The instructions don't say which button). I absolutely love this little bike. It is a little heavy for an older woman, but doable if you don’t have to lift up high. If you don’t have to lift it at all then you’re great. But I have to lift it in and out of my camper van. Besides that everything is awesome. The customer service is awesome I reached out because I was having troubles understanding how to fold it completely in half and it was just operator error there were no problems. The first impression is the lasting one and there’s only “wtf, this thing zips fast” and “I either need to join a gym or get an engineering degree” to say. It’s the torque to unlock the bolts for adjustment that is the only knock from this being an unexpectedly impressive purchase. Buy it today. Track it on the Shop app with your tracking number. Get a big ol’ box at your door. Unlock and snap it together. Grab your cool set of keys. Turn it on, touch the throttle. Jolt forward some. Then slide on to your starting point. AND THROW THE THROTTLE DOWN! It’s at this point you realize wearing helmets is good for you. It is not an awful terrible idea. Local delivery persons: put your car’s miles in storage for Winter! This puppy has BARK. This lion has CLAWS. This snake has VENOM. What else can put it into perspective? This knife has EDGE. This bike has ELECTRIC. It’s Pikachu in a corner.     • Very cool and powerful ebike
I bought this bike for my wife but I often ride it because it's so cool and strong. The frame is very sturdy. I also install a rear cushion and footrests so that I can ride it with my 12-year-old son. Thank you for great service of the seller!

    • Bike does not work and Seller does not respond
Had the bike for one month. Rode it 2 times till the battery was expended. Now it won't charge and the seller wont respond. I have a worthless electric bike and no one will be accountable. Save your money. This is so disappointing for the amount of money that was spent.

Would benefit the cost of bike if it had blinkers, backseater foot pegs, a security alarm and a handlebar for the backseat passenger an a backseat post would improve ride tremendously Wish I would have realized My child is as tall as she is before I got the bike as soon as I saw her on it I realized she to tall for back seat unless I can raise the back seat maybe with motorcycle seat padding ... show more
