I love this case. I had a similar one for an old phone that wasn't even comparable to the quality of this one. The color is vibrant, the texture is nice and smooth but grippy, easy to apply to the phone/remove as needed, the built in screen protector is durable (holding up well to me, my 2 year old, and my 1 year old), protective (again holding up to toddler abuse well). The fingerprint is easily read through the screen protector, there is a sticker type thing on it upon purchase you can remove. The case design is excellent and does a great job at protecting the phone. The unfortunate part is that I've only dropped my phone a couple of times and every function part of this case is broken now. The camera protector won't stay up and the kickstand won't stay down and rattles all the time. I dropped my phone on a rubber mat in my truck and the screen protector shattered somehow. There weren't any rocks there after further inspection so I'm just a lil puzzled on how that happened. Overall, I have the case 4 stars because the case has an excellent design but it's reliability factor keeps it from getting 5 stars. A worthy investment. This case has protected my phone from a few drops in the ~6 months I've owned it. I also really like both the sliding camera piece and kickstand as well. No issues with either of them. The screen protector also did its job well, and as a result has now been retired; it cracked after hitting a chair leg. The important thing is the screen made it! Seems durable, fairly sturdy, decent value. Not the bright metallic blue I was expecting. (I like brightly colored cases. Makes it easier to find when I inevitably leave it lying somewhere) This is more of a rather dull slate-ish blue color. Not a deal-breaker, just annoying. I'd recommend the orange or red for findability. A tad sharp-edged and bulky, but hey, pick a lane, right? You can't have protection without a bit of bulk. It's ok for the price and it's doing the job. Fairly grippy. Not much cushion in it. It's pretty much just a textured ABS shell. The fit is decent, the protection seems solid, the price is right. I give this a solid "meh". Not a lot to complain about. The lens cover seems a bit cutesy, but I work in pretty dirty places so I'll try it out. My main concern is the clunky kickstand (I read a lot, so I use a kickstand constantly). It seems a bit flimsy, but looks less flimsy than other cases I've had, so again, meh. All in all I'm still giving it a pretty decent score. "Decent" pretty much covers it. I'd give it 4 stars if it looked like the pic. Think of it as a base model Corolla. It ain't a Cadillac. It's what I asked for. A cheap case with a kickstand. No frills. Update: Kickstand finally broke late July 2023. Not bad considering the price and how often I use it. Case is otherwise just fine. Phone undamaged. Ordering another one. Update: Buying a third one. 2/23/24. The kickstands wear out. Looks like I get about 6 months out of these cases. The screen saver was mediocre but the rest of it is exceptional. The screen saver to me was like an added bonus that I could have done without. It was fine to have while waiting on a pack of great screen protectors. As far as cases go this one is extremly well built and thought out. Exceptional quality for the price or for twice the price in my opinion and I highly recomend it. Good grip, sturdy, great kickstand for both horizontal and vertical viewing and the front camera protector that slides down was unexpected and I love it. It really works well and is easy to manipulate ond handed and the kickstand as well can be manipulated one handed and there are times when I want that extra protection for the front camera. The belt holster is well constructed but I prefer the kind that has the metal that falls in between the holster's kick stand and the holster. This one is not as easy as that kind and the long lever that releases the encased phone protrudes a bit however it does the job while I'm at work where I wear my shirt tucked in. ... show more
