I needed to replace the muffler on my '05 Chevy Silverado 4.3l V6. I took a chance on this system even though Flowmaster couldn't verify it would fit. Well, it fit perfectly and was easy to install. I could not be happier with the sound and performance of this system. It has a nice deep idle and builds nice volume as the RPMs increase. There is no annoying resonating inside the cab, just a great exhaust note from the tail pipe. There is definately a noticable increase in acceleration and power. Bought this for my 2002 GMC Sierra 4.3 V6. Instal was really easy once I got the old one off, and the sound is wonderful. Not too loud, but its not quiet thats for sure, all without that annoying cabin drone. If I had to do it again, I would have gone with an H-pipe, but seeing as this was my first mod ever, I have no regrets. Love it. ... show more

Fit on my 2006 silverado perfectly. Adds a deep rumble to the idle of my truck. Sounds phenomenal! Easy installation as well. I just used jack stands to help remove the old exhaust and Jack up the truck to remove it and put the new system on.

Didn't know what to expect after install. Had it professionally installed at a very reasonable price. The exhaust sounds very nice. Even the mechanic commented on the tone. 04' Chevy Silverado, V-6, 5 speed manual tran.
