I use these gloves for resistance during pool workouts. I have had several other brands which did not last long. These have been very durable and offer excellent resistance. I gave my first pair to a friend after over a year of use and ordered another pair.

I tried the kind that just go between the fingers and they didn’t work for me, as they were much more difficult to put on and then tried to come off in the water. These slip right on my hands and stay comfortably in place until I take them off. They add more resistance to my workout and are well worth the money I paid for them. ... show more

This is the 2nd time I purchase this product. The first one last me about 3 years but now that the pool has changed to salt water it may be longer. The chlorine wasn't good for it.
