These are large shrimp (13 per lb), individually frozen, in two 2 1/2 lb. packages, shipped in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs. I'd been wanting to try Royal Reds for a some time. For my taste, they are as good as, but not better than, our local penaeid (pink, brown, white) shrimp.
