No shrinkage in the wash even with using the dryer, so if you want a loose fit, I recommend size up. I absolutely love the Florence by Mills Women's Do Not Disturb Long Sleeve Sleep Shirt. I got it to match my boxer shorts, but the shirt is particularly nice. Despite being long-sleeved, which seems unusual for summer, it's made of cool and comfortable cotton with a bit of spandex. An interesting feature is the sleeves, which lack buttons at the ends. Initially, this seemed strange, but after wearing the shirt, I found it quite neat and tidy. I bought a size Large for a loose fit, and it is indeed very roomy but extremely comfortable.
