This has been a very useful addition to my dog’s leash. I walk him in the dark both very early morning and before bedtime so the red flasher is a great safety function. The white light allows me to be a “good neighbor” and pick up his messes even in the dark.

    • BEWARE FLEXI LED Lighting System - Save Your Money for Something Better!
This thing is horrible! The number of excellent reviews is simply shocking. I bought mine during a sale for under $10 and I still feel ripped-off! - The light put out by this thing is almost nonexistent. A $5 headlamp would be 100x better. - The button for the 3 white lights has almost no resistance, so the slightest bump turns it on. We don't baby our Flexi Leashes (which, by the way are FANTASTIC!), so this light ends up having dead batteries more often than not. I don't understand why the button for the white light isn't constructed the same as the red light, which does not typically come on until you intend to use it. - The battery cover is a PITA to take off and put on. Each time I do it, I hold my breath hoping that it is not going to break. - I thought it would be convenient. I couldn't have been more wrong. Trying to aim the light with the same apparatus you are using to control the leash can be impossible at times. A wide-beam flashlight attached with tape or velcro would be much better. ... show more
