For the price it's actually pretty good. The torque is amazing and exactly what I need it for. The weight of it is heavier than your standard impact so keep that in mind. The battery last quite awhile and it charges super fast. THE HEAD OF THE IMPACT IS SUPPOSED TO ROCK BACK AND FORTH!!. I see a lot of reviews about the head of this impact rocking back and forth but it is made that way, it's the "anti kickback" feature it has. Just used it a few times so far, but battery still has all 4 bars (charged it once i got it). Tool feels like it has plenty of torque and the battery indicator is a super bright green that's easy to see even in the brightest daylight. Only drawback would be if you aren't used to really heavy impacts this one is up there with Milwaukee but all high torque impacts that are decent will be heavy. ... show more

It's good, not great. It's heavy so if you like curling while working in your shop, this is your tool. It's smooth, the charger and battery are very nice. The gun is easy on your wrists but not your forearm. Break away is on par with Snap-On. I tested it. Milwaukee will run laps around both of them.

I was actually in the middle of a fairly involved, heavy job on one of my vehicles, when this thing arrive. I had taken most of the front suspension and drivetrain apart the day before, using hand tools and my pneumatic impact wrench. Then this FLEX cordless impact showed up on my doorstep that evening so I used it on the re-assembly the next morning. Wow, this thing packs a punch! Yeah, it's heavier than my air impact due to the weight of the battery and motor, but it's so nice to not have to drag the hose around everywhere or hear that air compressor running. The battery lasted all day with fairly heavy use, plus for a few more small jobs over the following days before I finally put it back on the charger (not even sure if it needed it yet). My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the little socket keeper ring on the driver head is a bit too tight, making it a bit of a struggle to get sockets on to it.
