My wife is 5'2 and 380 lbs. This bra and panties fit her. It ties in the back of the neck which is uncomfortable for her because of her large breasts. However I liked it a lot. And if ur going to be laying down it looks good and takes the weight off the neck nicely. ;)

I absolutely LOVE this bra. I bought it in January and when I first tried it on, thought it was terrible and then was too lazy to send it back. I just tried it on again this past weekend and today and am obsessed. I’m a 38G and ordered a 3X. If you are larger chested, it takes some finagling to get the girls sitting right and not looking like a pancake. There’s also not a lot of support and you have to tie the halter string pretty tight to lift larger breasts. But that’s just the nature of the beast with bigger breasts. I wear a 14 in women's pants and a 40d bra. The 2x for me perfect. I ordered a size up because I usually wear an extra large or when buying lingerie a 1x. So to me this runs small. But it's very sexy and I like the fit.

It does fit a bit large so if you're unsure on size you need to go one size smaller. It does tie behind the neck so it can be a little difficult to do since it is elastic and it does stretch. I liked that it’s halter and has adjustable straps on top and bottoms since I’m not proportional at all I was able to adjust to fit me.
