My daily carry is a backpack by them and I wanted an alternative for when I don't need to carry so much. I wish the strap was a bit longer so I could wear it crossbody but a little lower. Other than that, it's a great bag that will last forever.

I was replacing a Greenland Pocket I've loved for several years, and had to send this one back because the new strap length is much shorter and no longer comfortable to use as a cross-body bag. I was so sad.

To be transparent, I can't rate this product as it was sent to me damaged and defective. I can rate the lack of care this company took to ensure this product was delivered in good condition, the defects and damages were obvious. I was really looking forward to getting this little bag. After being fully vaccinated, I was going to use it for a road trip to hold essentials, like hand sanitizer, my phone, small wallet etc. Imagine my surprise when I pulled the bag out of a factory sealed bag with the the strap just dangling there. One side was fine the other was not even stitched. On closer inspection the bag looked faded and worn. I think what bothers me the most is the obvious lack of care that went into the execution of shipping this bag. I can't fault the product itself. I never got the chance to use it, as it went back the next day. But, when I explained what happened to the customer service rep, used faded bag, unstiched strap, I did not get any apology, but a kind of blasé response. I can say the lack of care going into making sure I got a nice new product really doesn't make the company look that great. Hopefully anyone who has this bag, has better luck with it than I did. All I can say is I was disappointed and went to another company for a cute little bag. ... show more
