  • Great saddle, but a touch too wide
Color: Black Size: 150mm
I wish I liked this saddle. It looks great, the padding is just right, the cutout is huge, it has a line/mark at 75 mm from its widest point so setting it at an exact distance from the bars is easy, and it's relatively flat front to back, so you can tip the nose down without feeling like your sliding forward like saddles with the back swooped up. The only problem for me, with my narrow 110 mm sit bone width and my bike set up with a few inches of saddle to handlebar drop, is that due to its more triangle shape when viewed from the top it impedes on movement of the back of legs (right under my butt). Every pedal stroke at full leg expension I could feel the edges somewhat digging into the inner/back my thighs. It was very noticeable and annoying compared to my typical saddles were the wide part of saddle quickly narrows towards the thin section. It's a shame, cause otherwise I love the saddle. I think I'll give the narrower and more race oriented 140 mm Vento version a try... If you are okay with a little wider saddle and/or you don't have as much saddle to handlebar drop, I think this saddle would work well for you. For now, I'm sticking to the unfortunately discontinued Specialized Toupe saddles in 143 mm wide. For reference, I'm 5'10", 150 pounds. ... show more

  • Worth it. High quality. Doesn't break down over time.
Color: Black Size: 150mm
I'm very pleased with this seat. The anatomical voids protect the nerves and vital parts in that area of your body. The seat is extremely water resistant, and has a nice cushion to it. It also is shaped in a way to encourage you to sit properly in it, by aligning your sitz bones to the pads in the rear. This was definitely worth the money and is near perfect upgrade to my old bike seat. I loved it so much, I bough another for my other bike. ... show more

  • Good quality
Color: Black Size: 150mm
Definitely not for everybody works for me. if you have a longer jacket, It can snag on the back of the salddle when you get off the bike .

  • I wanted to like it
Color: Black Size: 150mm
I wished I could like it. Unfortunately, it is too wide. If it was scaled down to 140mm, or better yet, 130mm it might be a perfect saddle. The level of padding is great. I still gave 4 stars. That is because I think people with wider sit bones will love it. The saddle is very nice....it just doesn't work for me. One other item worth mentioning is that it weighed much more than Fizik's claimed 229g. Mine was 246g. ... show more

  • Not too padded.
Color: Black Size: 160mm
Still breaking this saddle in...unless the padding is supposed to be hard. It does seem to plant me with a minimum of maneuverability. I'm still out on this saddle, but do like it being shorter.

  • High performance endurance saddle.
Color: Black Size: 160mm
This is replacing a Selle Italia Novus Endurance TM. I am 6'-3" 230 lbs. My Selle saddle is very nice, has more cusion than the Fizik. But at large size 148 wide, the Fizik large at 160 mm wide is a better platform. The Fizik is 250 grams, 50 grams lighter than mt Sella. I have an endurance bike, with the frame a bit too large, so I need to put the seat as far forward as possible. The Fizik Argo, the rails are slightly more forward than some saddles. Which puts you a little further from your head tube. So if your frame is on the large size, this sadle may not work well. Actually I put my Selle back on, because with the Fizik Argo, I feel Im too far back from the handle bars. I am planning on getting a Bianchi Infinito at 59 cm frame, I think this may work well on that. Fizik has a workd class racing heritage. So with this being their most cusion saddle, its still not at all excessive. The rear of the saddle is high, then it doesn't go level, but slightly up, so it really has you planted, like a hoarse saddle in a way. But you can still move to the tip of the saddle, when you want to be over the cranks more, for power going up hills. It has a nice leather or synthetic leather cover, with some decent cussion underneath. The sides flex, its just seems very well made and designed. Its not for an upright bike for grandpas to go for a little ride. Its a seriius endurance saddle, for bikes like a Synapse, Roubaix, or Domane. ... show more

  • Unique size options for a great saddle
Color: Black Size: 160mm
I have bought multiple saddles to fit multiple bikes (road and gravel). I finally got a professional fitting and they recommended a wider saddle. I bought one from another company and it didn’t last long before one of the rail supports began to fail. I looked at these fizik saddles with good reviews, good price point and the right size. Turns out this is where I should have started. I have no issues with 50 to 100 mile rides. Saddles are a very personal choice, but I like these well enough to have bought a few and ride across multiple bikes/terrain. The one bike I don’t run this saddle on is my MTB where I run a MTB specific saddle. ... show more
