Needed a box chain for this pendant that I purchased. The pendant had a small opening so I went with the 2.5mm, 24inches. It was snug but one it slip over the clasp perfect fit. I am 5'9" with a 17 1/2 neck and 46R chest in sport coats to give you an idea of where it would sit. It does not feel cheap and it is solid feeling.
