After a couple of days wearing this watch I think it's fantastic overall. It has tons of dial display options! There are 2 cons that I have noticed but considering the price, they are not a big deal. First, the BP is not accurate when compared to my BP cuff. The systolic (bottom number) is off by 10 points sometimes. The 2nd problem I have is that the icons on the touch screen spin really fast and the icons change positions as you spin. I am starting to get the hang of it though and it has only been a couple of days. The pros outweigh the cons for sure. First off, I have had a bunch of fun flipping through all the icons and playing with the watch. I have downloaded several free watch face wallpapers and changed the dial display a bunch of times. The options are fantastic! There are typical watch face ones, anime, animals, flowers, and Christmas wallpapers. The app is free to download from Google Play and is easy to use. My phone and watch sync automatically. I had to go into my phone settings and manually turn on permissions for the app so I could use the text and call features. After doing that, it will let me make phone calls or answer them but I was told I sounded "tinny" when I used it. It shows text messages but there is no way to respond. Also, it doesn't have anyway to show emojis. Neither of those things bother me but I thought I should mention it. The medical info is really cool even if it isn't 100% accurate. The watch can measure BP, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels! It tracks steps pretty well and lets you set step goals. I charged it when it arrived and it charged very quickly. That was a day a half ago and it still has a nearly full charge on it. I love the current weather and the find phone features. There are several features I haven't tried yet like the music and the camera. If I do, I will come back and do an update. Overall, it has a sturdy watch band but it is replaceable, it has a nice size watch face that lights up promptly when I move my wrist, the touch screen is very responsive, the app is user friendly, the battery life is great, and it has been really fun to explore! I love it and am probably going to get my 16 yr old one for Christmas. Totally worth the money! ... show more

I have been taking BP medications for about 8 years now. I purchased this device mainly for the heart rate monitor, which is accurate for me. Some medications I take lower my heart rate and I need to monitor that. I do like the high contrast display. I can see the time without needing my reading glasses. I did test this against my OMRON cuff bp monitor. I tried, and tried for about 30 minutes but this watch consistently read way low (8 to 10) off on most readings. The bp readings on this watch, in my opinion, are more for entertainment than accuracy. As to the O2 readings, I have no way to compare those to a calibrated device but O2 measurement is simple. I would have to say they are fairly accurate. The box that this device came in stated that the battery is polymer, which is good. Lithium Polymer batteries have a greater cycle life than Li-Ion. The phone answering ability worked better than I thought it would. The voice on the other end lacked base notes but the person on the other end said my voice sounded normal. I use a Samsung S21, and the app worked well, no problems with linking or communications. There are some customization features in the app that are great. Try the different watch faces. When I initially purchased this product, it gave me issues after using it for 2 weeks. However, I have to say this company provided EXCELLENT customer service support! They got in touch with me after my initial review and were in constant communication to understand the issue, and follow up with a replacement with a brand new watch. The support team above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and I am now using my new watch. I really like this product for the price I got it for and that's why I wanted to keep on using it when a new watch was sent over. I give this company's customer support team an A+. As I had mentioned in my original review, this is a great purchase for the price you are paying for the product and easy to navigate around. I got 2 watches , one for my daughter and one for me . We both love them , easy to use , great quality and good looking watch . So many functions, blood pressure, step counting , voice assist ( Siri ) , you can answer and make calls , send texts , calculator , weather , camera , track the workout calories , and much more , We got the gold , and It is beautiful and It does look expensive. update: yes, after struggling for weeks now I have finally given up on being able to use this watch. I do love the watch itself but the app is absolute garbage. It constantly loses the Bluetooth connection and acts like a playground bully and will not allow my other devices to connect either. Then in an attempt to get it to connect, I have to turn the watch off. When that happens it loses all of its brains. All information and all settings are lost at that point. So, for a watch that is supposed to be smart, it is really dumb to purchase this watch. update: knocking off another star for discovering if the watch turns off from low battery, all settings are reset. what a pain it is to change all the settings back. Received the watch and gave it a charge. I like the size of it and the band seems sturdy. setting up the watch takes some time and it is not as user friendly as I would like. Also, the settings for watch functions is hard to navigate and even with a format change it reverts back to whatever format it chooses. the weather reads in celcius and cannot be chnged. the watch seems accurate with readings.
