Finally, a smartwatch that isn't ugly or needs to be on a cell phone plan to work with texts and calls! It uses Bluetooth to retrieve your calls or texts from your phone so you do need to be within range of your phone but I don't mind because I usually have my phone nearby or even in my pocket. It's nice to not have to get up and go grab my phone to answer a call or to just be able to answer on my wrist when I'm out walking the dogs instead of stopping to dig my phone out of my pocket or purse. The only thing is you can't reply to a text on the watch because there is no keyboard, but texts can wait until I have my phone in my hand anyway. At lease you can read the texts on the watch and decide what's important or not. Also, I appreciate the good customer service I received without even asking or needing it. About a month after i received the watch they sent me a message through Amazon asking if I was enjoying the watch and thanking me for the purchase. They included a PDF file which was the actual user manual (11 pages). I didn't really need it because the quick start instructions and the app for the watch told me what I needed to know, but I downloaded it anyway for future reference. I just thought that was a good customer service thing to do. The step counter and the heartrate and oxygen monitor on the watch are accurate and easy to read too. And the price was great, especially for the features I use every day. I do wish the battery life was a little bit longer as it doesn't last as long as it says it will. But then I wish that on all of my electronics, and you probably do too, right? ... show more

This is my third smart watch, and for the price, it's really good. It's beautiful, has great screen quality and it's easy to use. I've had other ones that burned my wrist and this is very comfortable. The app isn't great. It has delayed load times and crashes. Also, you need to pay for or get a subscription to get the nicer watch faces. I'd love a stress tile so I can see that easily. Overall, I'd recommend it. ... show more

I love everything about this watch! The screen size is big enough for me to see without my glasses. I can check the time without always having to dig for my phone. I can see my heart rate, my steps, calorie intake, the battery life is exceptional! I’ve worn it for 5 days straight and it’s still got 32% charge on it! The connectivity is awesome! Easy to use and set up. I was skeptical at first but so happy I decided to purchase it. One thing I love is the sleep monitor. It tells you how much quality sleep you get each night. This watch is worth every penny. I’d never pay the price for an Apple Watch just for the name , when this watch is awesome and does everything and more. My watch didn’t count my steps properly, compared it with my phone’s numbers and the Apple Watch and it was always a lot more steps than on any other device. It counted my steps even when I was asleep or sitting for a long time. Home screen that I had chosen disappeared at list once a day, Alexa was disconnected and didn’t work at times when my phone was around and nothing happened to cause a disconnection with her. I really like this piece. I've tried many over the past few weeks that I was really disappointed in. This one comes closest to my reliable Eurans brand that I loved. The only reason I'm switching brands is because I need one that includes rowing as an exercise mode. The VeryFit app is decent, and the features on this watch are solid, it's rather intuitive, easy to navigate, and more accurate than not. However, the sleep accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. I honestly wouldn't have noticed, except that I was up from 1 am - 5 am with my sick dog, and it still logged me as having 9 hours of sleep.
