My Fitbit Sense died...again. I replaced it with my new IDW13 and I am loving the new watch! So many features! I have been using it for about a week now and only had to charge once since the initial charge. Love having my sleep score and not having to pay monthly for it. I like to keep track of my heart rate and this does it well. Even made and answered calls on my watch and it worked perfectly. I no longer worry if it gets splashed with water. Very comfortable to wear and bigger face than prior watch I had. I can see it easily. Still learning the features but it has everything I need. Easily access features on the watch or app on my phone. You can even control the phone camera from the watch and it has a night light to use for those late night trips to the restroom in the dark so you don't disturb anyone. Ordered this watch after looking at the many positive reviews and, I have to say, I have been nothing but impressed with the quality and performance of this product. The set-up was straightforward and I was able to start using the watch after a quick top-off charge. This watch has a ton of features that I've just begun to discover. My main objective for using the watch is for a step counter, but I have been impressed by the sleep and stress monitors as well. It's also nice to have SMS and call alerts when my phone is not within immediate reach. I mainly bought it so I can call for help. It works great and they can hear me well however I can barely hear them even with the watch to my ear. Can't find a way to turn up volume. It is soft, comfortable and the end of the strap slides easily under the band so it never gets caught or curls out. I can see the time in the dark. I can set it to play music but have not yet. It has some fitness features I have not tried. I can wear it in the shower too! Needs volume control. I lOVE this watch and it is a great price. ... show more

This is my second watch I bought. Battery Life last a long time, all day. It's waterproof, Accuracy is nice..Sound quality crisp clear, notifications perfect. Connectivity once established rest is piece of cake. Make sure you refresh the sync when you're trying to set the correct time and date through the app only. I wanted a pedometer to track my steps so I didnt have to keep my phone on me at all times. Love the color and much nicer than I thought. I wanted a waterproof watch that was easy to use and track my steps. I plan to use it to track my fitness activities. Can’t wait for the pool. Battery life seems good. I don’t keep heart rate on so I don’t charge but once every few days. I take it off at night because I don’t need my sleep tracked and I want my skin to breathe. Cons: little tricky to figure out options. I ordered another digital watch face and had to search to figure out how to download to phone. The watch should turn on when you move your wrist but mine is buggy. You can turn that off and on. I hope this watch lasts me a long time. So far so good. ... show more

It was a cute watch. It kept getting disconnected from my phone so I didn't get a lot of text messages on it. The pedometer was the main reason I got it and I don't expect it to be really accurate but...i think it's way off. Unfortunately after 3 days after the return window closed my watch died. I've had other off brand watches last way longer. The other thing I didn't like about this watch was that there was only a handful of watch face designs, the rest you had to pay for. Kind of glad I didn't get the warranty and wasted more money on a so so fancy watch. I'm thinking I'll have to get a name brand smart watch next time. ... show more

I love my new watch. My fitbit charge 4 died after 2 years and wanted to find something that did similar sleep, steps, and exercise tracking. I didn't want to spend a ton not knowing how long it would last considering my more expensive fitbit only lasted 2 years. This watch is beautiful and I love how easy it was to sync to my phone. The app is user friendly, and so is the watch. There are many beautiful free watch face options. It feels good on my wrist and has clear and easy touchscreen. It's a step up from my fitbit in that it receives calls.. you can answer on the watch. I don't think you can respond to text messages, but you can see them and set what notifications you want from different apps likeGmail, Instagram and Facebook. ... show more
