Absolutely Love This! I wish I had started with this mirror. My other mirror screwed into the piece that strapped around the head rest. Since the screw function was also how it was adjusted, it stripped out. This mirror has a ball adjustment. Plus the size is nice and big so pretty much however it's positioned I can see my son. The lights are also a huge plus. We travel a lot and it's nice to be able to see him when I'm driving at night. I highly recommend this product! ... show more

So happy about this purchase. I like knowing I can still see her at night with a push of a button and a flick of a light. Remote sits on my visor, and have had no issues with turning on and off. Light is brighter than what I expected, almost so bright it wakes my 3 month old up. For the visors, they are a lower quality compared to other brands. Didn’t like that they only have 1 suction cup on them, and it’s right smack dabbed in the middle. But they manage to stay on the window. Also, suction cup is all rubber, so not as sturdy as a plastic hook. ... show more

    • Most aggravating mirror for you baby and cars
This mirror is a terrible one to get I bought it so I would not worry about my baby while driving but the pivot is way to loose if you change lanes and run over the reflector between the lanes the mirror moves and you only see the feet if you go over a railroad track same thing the mirror moves again and you see the feet the light is good on this mirror but if you do not turn the off button off on the mirror then in the morning you will see the lights turn on by themselves overnight this is the most Aggravating mirror to try to use I have to keep stopping it just about every block or so to fix the mirror so I can see my baby the pivot is way too loose on this mirror I guess I will be going back to the old mirror without the light because that pivot is so good the mirror doesn’t move at all while you’re driving ... show more

I bought this mirror because I wanted a mirror where I could periodically check in on my baby without turning the inside car lights on. The idea is good-the remote control, the lights, easy to install, but this mirror was not a good buy. The lights suck up the battery life super fast. What’s worse is after about a month’s use ANY little bump I go over moves the mirror down. It’s loosened so much that I now have to hold it up with tape-so ghetto. ... show more

    • Okay product, poor customer service
This mirror wasn't difficult to install in my car, it took a little bit of figuring out (I have a skinny headrest so I wound up placing the base in a diamond configuration) but nothing that can't be handled if you're installing on your own. I really like the maneuverability of the mirror and its size. My issue was the remote: I couldn't get the screw loose on the remote to put the batteries in, so my mirror was stuck "on" for a while. I tried 4 different size screwdrivers and finally after about 15 minutes of trying (and making my fingers sore), I had to use a pair of pliers to finally get the screw loose - of course at this point I don't really have a hope of ever getting the screw out again because the head is stripped. I called the company (Fitnate's number from their site) and was told they couldn't help me because I ordered the product from Amazon and even if they could I would have to box up and send back the mirror before I could get a replacement. There was no attempt at trying to figure out what was going on or how they could help me either get the back off or send me a replacement remote. I haven't used the mirror at night yet, however based on my drive this afternoon, I didn't see much light on my baby when we were in shadowed areas so I'm not too impressed so far (will update with brightness once I use it at night). If anything else goes wrong, I might just part with the money for a lit mirror from a more reliable company and send this one back. ... show more

    • Great mirror, however remote does nothing.
The mirror is great and works great. The light is a little dim, but you can still see your child. The only thing wrong with the item and remote is that it does not actually work as it states in the box and description. The remote is nothing but a light; it does not turn on nor turns the mirror off at all. Not sure what the purpose of it was. To me that's false advertisement. ... show more

I was very excited about this and for the first few weeks it worked great. Then we got a hot day which tends to happen in summer and the inside of cars get hot. The thing melted. Now the hinge won’t hold at all. The mirror just sinks to the lowest point so I’m staring at my babies feet. Not helpful at all. And the switch for the light won’t turn on. It’s like it melted into the off position. So I can’t use the light. The thing is totally worthless. You would think a car product would be built to deal with heat.
