Description

WE ARE FITFLOP. WEAR THE SHOES. RULE THE WORLD. At FitFlop, we believe that when your feet feel great, you feel like you can do anything. In 2006 FitFlop founder Marcia Kilgore set her mind on a mission – to create the most comfortable footwear in the world. Collaborating with two British biomechanists she created a triple-density MICROWOBBLEBOARD midsole, and launched it in our first FitFlop sandal. Over twenty million pairs have been sold since we first started making shoes. (And we’re repeatedly told – by happy customers – that we make the most comfortable footwear in the world.) Our patent-pending, original MICROWOBBLEBOARD midsole technology fuses three diagonal sections of multi-density EVA into a single, seamless, underfoot platform to help absorb shock, diffuse underfoot pressure, and make your feet feel amazing!

  • Moving on from Fit Flops Due to High Prices and Lower Quality
I'm giving this sandal 2 stars because the top material is soft and the fit is better than previous styles (you always have to go down a size in Fit Flops). I find that Fit Flop's fit has improved somewhat, but the materials are of a lesser quality. In all, I have purchased 5 pairs of Fit Flops, and I've only been happy with two of the pairs. One style had such a hard top material that it cut into my skin, and after trying to add moleskin to soften it, I finally gave up and threw them out. That's right - I threw them out because no one else could wear them either. The other pairs are not as cushioned on the bottom. They are stiff, and the material on the bottom appears to be cheaper than previously. If you have wet feet after hanging out pool side, be prepared for them to squeak very loudly when you walk away. Oh, and they are slippery on wet surfaces, too. The prices have gone up, but the quality of materials has gone down. I absolutely refuse to pay $80-$130 for a pair of overrated sandals. So, I have moved on from Fit Flops to the following brands, all of which are decently priced and incredibly comfortable - so comfortable that I took my Fit Flops off at the store counter and wore the new sandals right out of the box: Bare Traps Rebound Series, Clarks Cloud Step, Skechers Go Walk Flip Flops, and even Crocs! I hope this helps! ... show more

  • Bummed these don't fit.
I was so excited to get the Fit Flop "cha cha." I am normally an 8 so I ordered a 7. I got them, opened them up, wore them around the kitchen and put them back in to the box. My husband said "it's like your feet aren't fat enough for them." I do* have a narrow foot. I am so bummed.

  • Heel Pain is Gone
I ordered a size up based on reviews. I always wear a 37 Euro. (I am a 6.5-7 US) Reviews said they ran small and narrow so I ordered the 38. They were a full size too big. Returned for my normal size 37. So the fit must be true to size. These are a pinkish color more than silver. Which was pretty but not what I would call silver. I am exchanging for the Nimbus Silver which is more of a pewter that will go with more of my black clothing. I LOVE Fitflops I have nerve damage in my heels from wearing high heels and being on my feet for 30 years in my career...I could cry most days when I take off my shoes. I have tried EVERY brand of shoes there is. Vionic, Birkenstock, Clarks, Dr. Scholls you name it. Nothing helped. Until I discovered Fitflops. This will be my 3rd pair and honestly the only shoe I can wear ALL day without crying when I take them off. I think its because your foot is elevated off the ground a good 2inches and they are a slight wedge. Seems to take the pressure off of my heels. No more throbbing pain. ... show more

  • More FitFlops, please
Just received my ChaChas and I love 'em. Even though I have several pairs of their thong style, this is my first pair with the new placement of the strap from the instep to the back of the heel. They fit and feel just like all my other size 8 (39), and I'm glad I didn't order a size smaller. The Nimbus Silver is a beautiful pewter color and the bugle beads, that are mainly the same Nimbus Silver, have iridescent flashes of blues and violets that is really pretty. I (mistakingly) thought the heel trim might be raised, but it is flush with the sole of the shoe in back, and doesn't affect the fit or comfort in any way. I read several questions if these were the real deal from FitFlop, and I truly believe that they are. The logo on the box and on the soles of the shoes are identical with all my other styles from several years ago.. Highly recommend this cutie. ... show more

  • Extremely disappointed!
I love the look of this shoe. I love the wedge and it's support. I HATE the fit. I usually wear an 11 shoe. I ordered an eleven which was way too large and exchanged it for a 10. The left foot fit fine but the right foot the top portion was so large (even though the base fit) was too loose. I ordered a 9 to compare. I waited to return the 10 until I could compare the to sizes. It was a rough decision to make the right shoe of the 9 was better than the 10.but the left shoe of the 9 was too short. I decided to keep the 10 figuring I could get used to the loose fit. It seemed like the right decision even though it took some adjustment. That was before attempting to drive in them which I can only call dangerous! The right shoe falls off my foot when driving because of the angle of the foot on the gas pedal, causing my foot to be tangled in the shoe. I wish they fit better. They are cute but way too expensive for the fit! If I was guaranteed a good fit, I'd buy more, but not worth the trouble I went through with the end result that I got. ... show more

  • Buyer Beware.... not sure these are legit.
I started buying fit flops when we lived in Asia and I paid 2x the price there for the amazing quality there because I loved them so much, and something definitely changed. I purchased this exact model in the past in a size 7, it was perfect. Now the 7 is too short, so I ordered the 8. The 8 is absurdly uncomfortable. That’s just not normal for this brand. I’m returning the second pair and moving on to a brand that works. I’m questioning that these are even really Fit Flops now. ... show more

  • CUTE winner for SUMMER!!!
I wasn't sure about the beading but needed a navy sandal. These are CUTE & some of the most comfortable Fitflops I've had & that's saying a lot. Somehow these feel softer than usual both in the top & sole. I'd tried the FItFLOp dress sandals but they were way too wide. These are just right for me. I wear a N & that's why I rated it "somewhat narrow." Fitflops usually run a little too wide for me. I haven't had any problems with the "thong" of the sandal. It's wrapped in the patent like the outside of the sole & that seems to make it more comfortable. Also, the thong seam is positioned forward so it's away from skin surfaces. From the ad I didn't notice the patent styling used on the sides of the sole or the slight iridescence of the beads. This all sounds wild but they managed to pull the style together in a tasteful , non busy way. Also,I don't think the beads move around in an obnoxious way. I wouldn't like it if they moved around like a bunch of bangle bracelets and they don't. I'm not aware of them moving when I'm walking. They just give a feminine, polished look to our beloved Fitflop's usual sporty appearance. ... show more
