I have been looking for a pair of flip-flops to wear at home. I have probably tried about 12 pairs before getting these fit flops. I found that many of them had straps that were too big so my feet were not held securely in place. I live in a condo so I wanted to be sure that they didn’t make a lot of noise. And, since I was going to wear them a lot, support was important to me. When I first got these I was pleased with the way they felt on my feet and I loved how light weight they were. I normally wear a sized 7or a 7 1/2. I ordered a 7 and they fit just right as you can see in the picture.The straps left just enough room for me to walk comfortably And I liked the arch support. However, when I first walked in them it felt a little strange, I felt like my feet were in a different position than they normally are. Since they fit the bill on everything else I was looking for I decided to try wearing them to see if I could get used to them. I wore them a little each day for a few days and I got used to them. I am so glad that I took the time to get used to them because they have become my favorite flip-flops. I wear them all day every day and they are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend these. I originally bought these styled orthopedic slippers from the local store and needed a replacement because the straps.. snapped. I didn’t wanna pay for another set for $70 so I thought of Amazon. This flip flop is more comfortable than a flat flip, and it has cushion. The cushion is stable enough I don't feel wobbly, which is nice. However the arch support is less than I would have hoped for. I can wear these all day without too much issue, but by the end of the day my arches are borderline sore, and my feet are tired. So better than a regular flip flop, but not as supportive as I had hoped. I'll definitely keep them, as I like their simplicity and fairly streamlined look.
