I upgraded from a $30 step tracker to this Fitbit. I was so excited when I got it, but for the first 2 days, it wouldn’t track my heart rate. Turns out that the heart rate of this device does not work with tattoos. I switched wrists so no problem. I love the sleep app, and so many others (I’m still learning how to fully use each one). I can change my clock face to all sorts of fun seasonal designs, which I think is awesome. I just bought my first fancier band, so one day, when I can go out again, even my Fitbit will look nice. My only complaint is that I have to charge it daily. So I travel with the charger in my car so it doesn’t interfere with my daily activities ... show more

Since I got it I have a problem with charging, the language on it was in characters, like Chinese or korean (?). I was unable it to pair with my phone on the fitbit app that I already had. It was "renewed" but I did not expect to have such problems. Now I understand why this product has so many bad ratings. I usually tend to believe good ratings more, until now. ... show more

I've had this fitbit for about a month an I'm loving it so far! Seems to be pretty accurate an love the different exercise option so you are able to track what your doing! This spring/summer will be the true test for it!! Battery is amazing, even when it gets to 25% it'll still last all day long! Definitely recommend an would definitely buy again!! ... show more

I purchased mine on Oct 25. Worked fine for a couple of weeks. Now want hold a charge over 4 hours. Can’t find any jeweler to repair it .
