The quality of the band itself was fine, but the company kept sending a silver band when I had ordered a gold one. Finally, got tired of them making the same mistake. There are plenty of other good-looking bands out there and I've ordered them instead.

    • It will fall off and you will lose your Fitbit.
I’m so disappointed and should have paid attention to the reviews that mentioned this. This bracelet fell off I do not know when and I lost my Fitbit essentially causing me to lose all the money that I paid for the device and for this bracelet. I am very disappointed.

Band is not worth the money I paid for it! Last night the piece that hold the band to the watch fell off. My watch was lost on the floor of the TPAC theater. I have order many inexpensive bands for previous watches and never had the issues I have this band. I want a refund!!!

Do not purchase this faulty band unless you want to lose your Fitbit. The band has a magnetic clasp that is not secure and it falls off if near other metals. I have lost my Fitbit over purchasing this band and Fitbit does not stand behind this faulty product.

This is beautiful but comes off when it comes in contact with anything metal. It needs some kind of safety so it cannot be so easily lost.

First I love the idea of this band, it's beautiful, BUT. It's magnetic and will stick to everything. Fridge, car, shopping cart, anything with steel, etc. The band will magically fall away from the actual watch part as you're walking along minding your own business. Because of this, you will eventually get a chip on the watch screen. Hopefully it won't crack. If you continue to wear it the chains will wear and start to unravel, snagging on anything and everything. So sad. It sure was pretty. ... show more
