The media could not be loaded. //UPDATE// I had to contact Mattel. I informed them I recieved a defective piano. They got back to me the next business day and put in an order to send out a whole new playmat. We received the new one 1 week later. Everything works well so far! I will say that the volume on the highest setting on the piano is kinda low and hard to hear. But it works well otherwise! I unfortunately got a defective piano. I've tried 3 sets of batteries and the piano won't turn on. Which is very unfortunate because this is the main reason we bought this playmat.
