It works well for what it is. It does the job and does get a close shave without irritation. The size it’s compact and easy for travel. One negative thing is that even with the light it’s easy to miss a spot on your face. Not a big issue just something that you have to watch for and take your time with. OMG Im am so happy my bestie recommended the FLAWLESS facial hair removal product to me. Not only is the product small and portable, its so easy to use and the keywords are painless, knick free, and no bumps. All you need is a qtip to clean the inside of the device. This FLAWLESS device was able to get rid of my sideburn facial hairs, my upper lip hairs, and all of my chin area hairs. The time it took to do my face was about 30 minutes or less depending on how short or long your facial hairs are. It has a light on it to help guide you on where the hairs are on your face. The product is so easy to use you can do a session in complete darkness and not worry about any knicks on your face. The key is to make sure you clean the device every so often during your hair removal session. I appreciate the soft sound of the device while using it and that it is so lightweight. The funny thing is, it looks like the outer appearance of a lipstick and it makes it so discreet that no one would think its a battery operated portable facial hair removal shaver. Truthfully, my face is smooth like a baby's butt compared to me using any type of manual razors. YAY!!!! no more buying disposable or electric razors and no more knicks on my face. No more shaving creams. So ladies, what are you waiting for. Get flawless with the FLAWLESS device and look your best. Oh and for me personally, I take the battery out of the device so I will not wear out the life of the battery and just put it back in when I need to use it again for longevity of the device. This product did exactly as expected, though it keeps shutting off like the battery has died after only a few moments. This was a new battery (although the one provided, and not a know brand), but it kind of sputters and turns off.
