Purchased this for a child who wanted "something to do" on cold days. I'm impressed. I have a professional KORG keyboard that I use and was thinking of this unit more as a toy before it arrived. I have to admit that this little keyboard has great potential for the price. It's a great training tool, has lots of built in sounds and features and connects easily to phone or iPad for training materials available on line. Love that it folds up too!     • Inexpensive full-size portable, foldable keyboard, good for travel

I purchased this to carry with me so that I have something to practice with when I travel. It folds in half, is USB rechargeable, comes with a music stand, and is much easier to carry and travel with than a full size non-foldable keyboard. This easily fits in an airplane overhead or under the seat in front of me. It has a click lock when it unfolds and an extra plastic piece that can be inserted for added security. It comes with a basic foot pedal for sustain, wall adapter/charger, music stand, carry bag, and a few other minor accessories. The case is thin material, not padded, so I have to be very careful with this not to damage the piano keyboard inside. Save the little styrofoam pad that covers the on/off switch, or a slight bump and it can turn on inside the case during transport. The keyboard keys are relatively low quality plastic and feel like a childrens toy, but it is a full size keyboard and suitable for practice on the go. The keys are lightly semi-weighted and do sound louder if I hit them harder. Every white key and every black key plays fine and at appropriate volume relative to all other keys. The sustain pedal works properly. Battery life is good, and it also plays while plugged in and charging. On the digital volume control the lowest setting is a little too loud, so I have to use headphones if I don’t want to bother other people at night or early morning if they’re sleeping. The voice quality of the piano itself is mediocre, not for performance, but again, fine for practice. It has many other programmable digital voices as well, electric piano, organ, strings, horns, bells, etc, most of which I don’t use, but are fun for the kids. So on balance, for an affordable, portable, foldable, practice keyboard, this is good, understanding the many limitations, and I also let the smaller grandchildren play with it, and this is a good instrument for them to bang away on more so than the more expensive electric and acoustic pianos in our house. This would be so much better if it had separate buttons to change tone vs volume, tempo, etc. The demos play so loud it hurts our ears. Not very user friendly for a kid which I feel like this piano is built for. Definitely a beginners piano just complicated to figure out how to use.

This thing is weighted, sounds good, works with MIDI to produce music on Logic Pro, how could I complain? Oh but I do have one. The keys feel cheap and plastic. Wish it felt more like real piano keys, but hey, they’re full size, I can’t complain especially since it folds in half and becomes easy to take places. Speaking of, it uses USB c to charge with a TEN HOUR BATTERY LIFE. And that’s not a hyperbolization.     • Budget Friendly Full Size Electronic Piano! Great for Beginners & for small apartments!

I haven't played in years and I saw this on YT so I decided to purchase it. The piano is great for beginners as it is pretty cheap, portable, and offers full set of keys. There are some strange nuances; 1. Sometimes the keys seem to "lag" and the sound is soft or sometimes loud, it is hard to describe but not normal; like there is no good consistency in how the unit detects keys being pressed. 2. The keys feel a bit strange, they are cheap but does have some weight to them. There is a strange grippy surface that takes getting used to. 3. While this is portable, it does not come with a stand, so be prepared to buy one. 4. The sheet music holder seems flimsy, and while it can probably hold sheet music OK, heavier piano books may be problematic. It would have been great if the supports weren't just 2 small plastic pegs, but maybe metal. 5. You can change the sound / tone but it is a very manual and weird thing to do...You have to hold the "tone" button down and then scroll the wheel. ... show more
