I did not really need another sewing machine carrier, but had been eyeing this one because it looked so pretty. When I stumbled across it on sale, I couldn't resist. It really is pretty, but the construction is a little lacking. It seems to be made of cardboard or thin plastic siding with fabric wrapped around it. It has no padding to speak of except a very little on the top and on the bottom insert. My other machine carriers are well padded. If you plan to transport your machine very far in this, it might be wise to add some kind of cushion padding around it.
