I usually wear between a S/M and I originally ordered a small but they were a bit too tight to sleep in, so I got a M and they are perfect. Original 2 star post: Gave an extra star for how soft they are, otherwise would be a one star rating. The waist keeps sliding down and taking my underwear with it. So annoying to constantly be pulling the legging and my underwear up all day. Very disappointing. Maybe I bought them too big? They fit everywhere else though. They are also thin which is fine for me but they don't keep you very warm in the winter. These will probably end up going to Goodwill soon. Edited, changed to 3 star: Washed and air dried them before wearing the first time and writing the first review. Washed them again then threw them in the dryer and they shrunk enough to fit well and not slide down so much. They also lost a bit of their softness. So... meh. They're ok. ... show more
