The compression really delivers. It’s high compression and really hold you in. Unfortunately it’s not ideal for a person like me. I’m 5’2 with a booty, the back rides up and scrunches at my lower back. Thinking of keeping it cuz I’m afraid I won’t find a compression this good. This item is of very good sturdy quality! It def SNATCHES YOU UP! I am 5’3 and about 170-175 lbs. I wear a size M-L and in between a 12-14 in women’s pants. I ordered a large and it’s a little difficult to put on. But it does what it’s supposed to. If you’d like a looser fit in your trainer SIZE UP! Also the straps do cut into your armpits a little so it does hurt. On the bright side it does help with my back pain at the end of the day! ... show more
