I found the dongle easy to use, where others would not fit with the other things I have installed. I needed this to attend training for a new job, and it arrived very quickly. The two others I bought at the same time (to ensure I found a working pair) didn't fit the bill. I don't usually leave reviews but for these headphones I had to. I needed something that I could wear for long periods of gaming that sound good and don't hurt the top of my head. I also needed something that would work with my PC without having to use bluetooth because I live in an apartment and bluetooth is spotty from all the interferance. These earbuds have done just the trick. They have good sound quality, last through multiple hours (5-8) of gaming and are very comfortable for a guy with a big head like me. Only 4 stars because I tried the mic on them and it does not sound good. I use a seperate mic anyway so that is not a concern but if this is your only communication device just know the mic in these works but it sound bad. ... show more

This is my first set of wireless earbuds/headphones, so I was looking forward to trying these over wired alternatives because I wanted to be able to walk around my home and listen to whatever's playing on my computer or talk with my friends. The headphones lose connection once I'm around 20 ft. away from my room, which is disappointing. I was hoping to not have to worry about losing connection in my house, which is kind of small. The largest problem is that it just turns off randomly. I don't know if it's because my hair touches it or the oils on my fingers stays and gets detected as a cue to turn off, but it is very aggravating. It can and will turn on and off 3-4 times in a row just sitting on my table. It also doesn't help the audio hiccups every time audio starts so I always miss the first second of anything I listen to, unless if I restart the audio. Overall, waste of money. ... show more

The earphones fit well, and the charging dock works for its purpose, but while in use at the last 30 minutes of use it keeps saying low battery but blocking out audio output for 15 seconds around the comment. They have great audio if it doesn't desync or double output with a few milliseconds lag between, changing the volumn seems to fix this but every 20 minutes doing this sucks. For the phone it works great but the mics have a so so quality and some times seem very low. Would recommend for basic use maybe, but games such as Tarkov or CoD its a hard no. ... show more

First off, I’m not one to write a review (good or bad). However, this has got to be one of the most frustrating earbuds/pieces I have ever used. Gas station wireless earbuds/pieces have been more user friendly. I bought this product for work. I have used this product via Bluetooth, usb, and usb-c adapter. The frustrating part when powering on, it connect, then disconnects. I understand there are other reviews that mention this as well. Please listen to your customers and don’t pass it off as a “low battery” issue. It’s not. Your product is flawed and you should take into consideration the feedback that is given. A replacement will not help if the product has the same issue. In addition, a contact card with a Snapchat account for customer service was also included. It has been 4 weeks and I have not had a response back. Please don’t include a contact card like that unless you do actually follow up with those who inquire. And if the volume of inquiries is to great for you to keep up with, don’t add an expected response time on the card, it gets the customers hopes up and just makes you as the seller look bad for not responding within the timeframe (or even close to) that you designated. Long story short, I have to cycle through powering It off and on as well as placing back and taking out of the charging case in order to even get it stay on for use. Other than that, the quality of sound output works well, very crisp and clear. Sound input leaves room to be desired. I work at a call center where I receive 80-150 calls a day. I always ask how the quality of the call is when I get a new headset to ensure the quality is good for the person on the other call. I would say most of the time the call quality is good. There are times where people say my voice is faint but it’s something that is minor. The touch sensor instead of an actual button sounds ideal but unfortunately it does not work well. Please in consideration of either improving on the touch controls or remove altogether. I understand you are a private seller and can only do what you can. Update: Got a nice email from them. However, in the meantime, I discovered that I did not need a dongle for my TV. I use the dongle only for my laptop as the earbuds pair beautifully without dongle with iPhone and TV. For the short time I’ve had them, they work great. Just received them. Nothing to dislike so far. I have sent an email to them asking if I can buy just the dongle. But I just saw on their web page they do sell just the dongle. I don't want to keep switching dongle between TV and laptop. Very happy with them so far. Thanks to all the people who answered my question as to whether they would work on all three units. ... show more
