It is what it is: A cheap banner. It is good for what it is. If I wanted better should have bought something better quality, BUT it goes outside in the harsh weather and I am actually happy this is going to last more than one season. I wanted a little Christmas decor at my front door, inside the home. These banners looked like the photo. They are very light weight banners. I'm not sure how they would stand up to use outdoors. For my purpose though, they were great and I will use them again next year.
