Ordered this for my kids for Christmas. It was one of the only bars that I could find for older kids. My kids love it. We use it for other things not gymnastics. My oldest (13) is able to do pull ups on it. It seems sturdy, easy to put together although the directions are a little hard to follow.

Got this for a present. The first was never sent and I had to reach out to customer service for an expedited replacement. The construction instructions are abysmal but if you’ve got a decent amount of common sense you can figure it out. I’m tiny and built it solo in about half an hour. This was gotten for an aspiring Olympic gymnast and for a practice bar I would easily give it four stars. As other reviewers have said though, it will likely need to be weighted down as it is not sturdy enough for her to handle as she grows. I did practice flips before I let her use it because I wasn’t sure it would hold her. It’s stable, but rocks. Perfect for our needs. My 7 year old can do gymnastics and I even tried it myself and it didn’t wobble with my weight. We’re not at hard spin and jump levels though, only doing beginners exercises so I cannot attest of the stability for more advanced practice. It’s sturdy though!
