I KEEP THE UNIT IN MY STORE THEN WHEN I OPEN IT THE CHILDREN AFTER USE IT TWICE THE WATER STARTED COMING OUT FROM THE BOTTOM, NO HOLE IN IT IT WAS JUST TORN FROM THE BOTTOM THAT WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE GROUND AND WE DONT KNOW THE REASON . It was fun while it lasted, the stitching on the bounce house entryway is ripped apart. The stitching is not strong at all. I have 4 girls under the age of 9.

Less than 6 months old. I got for my grandsons for Christmas. So back in May we put it up the first time we put water in it after the pool was full we saw where they didn’t sew it up like it was supposed to be sewed and water got inside the walls where water is not suppose to be and we had to get the water out so it doesn’t mildew. So I got in touch with the Manufacture and this What they said. We are so truly sorry for the late reply. How about you just paying $650 as shipping and we send you a brand new one directly? Of course, you do not have to return the old one. What do you think? I told them that’s more than what I paid for the bounce house and they were crazy. But my grandsons Weight are 47 pounds and 29 pounds and weight limit is 450 pounds so they need to fix it or give me a new one and it should be under warranty. So if you are interested in getting a bounce house/ pool slide do not buy from this manufacturer. They will not try to help you out.they sent me a new bounce house. ... show more
