I just recently bought this product for some custom leather stamps I got. I tried the hot plate, cooling it with a wet towel, and pressure method but it was always too hot, not enough pressure/too much pressure. I kept practicing and I was not getting any consistent results and so I tried this which took away those variables. Temperature could be controlled, pressure could be controlled. It just made things that varied so much be more "handable." I am still trying to figure it out with gold foiling leather, but there are some things you need to figure out - temperature in Celcius, heigh setting, pressure, squaring it up but it's a lot better than the first method.     • Won't heat up - customer service unresponsive

The machine worked great at first. All of sudden it stopped heating up. Reached out to customer service and sent them a video. They said a replacement part would be sent to us. After 2 weeks and 2 follow up emails for tracking details we have had no response and no replacement parts.
