Worked for a day, called customer service only to speak with people that didn't speak English well. At the end of the day, no refund. Here's the pros: 1. Looks dope- 15 game storage, two controller docks, two batteries come standard. And a nice little led controller light to let you know when charging and finished. The cons: 1. Battery life... Is non existent- After a few days it went to hell. Maybe it's just me but I swear I may get a good 2 hours out of them. I'm better off using my rechargeable Energizer batteries. 2. Only one dock works- They both worked day one. After day three the left one stored charging. It lights up but doesn't charge. Ever. That leads to my next point. 3. Customer Service- Remember, this is all personal experience. And from mine, customer service needs an overhaul. First I couldn't get anyone to answer, then no one could understand my question and then the transfers. Sheesh. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it. But again, it's only my experience with this product. Thank you ... show more

I’ve had this stand now for 4 months, and it has been great. It is low profile, the fan does a good job of cooling off the system, and the built in controller charging ports are a very nice feature. Unfortunately the battery packs that you must use to utilize the charging ports aren’t great. They were wonderful at first, but the quality goes noticeably downhill from the start. As of now, neither of the battery packs will hold any charge whatsoever, rendering a huge part of the advertised functionality useless. ... show more

This is extremely easy to set up but the only problem I have is charging my controllers, the lights on the side indicating if the controllers are charging only work half of the time and they don’t show if it charging very well. I have to tap the prongs of the charge base a few times in order for it to register that something is charging. The cooling fan does not really work too well because it’s a very low quality fan. It does however organize my Xbox and accessories and looks very nice. ... show more

Vertical stand is very efficient. Xbox seems to take up less space when standing up. Also charging the controller becomes easy n convenient. Good idea having slots for games on other side. I put the games I've been playing recently there n store the others in the entertainment center. Overall very good product!! ... show more

This item is good and functionality and decent in quality but you just don’t think about all the wires hanging out one of the side when you put your Xbox on the side like this. The fan is nice I guess I match the noise level to a little bit louder than the Xbox itself and I wish there was a plastic cover on the side to hide some of the wires I had to move the Xbox to the entire different side of my entertainment center just to make it not look weird ... show more

Works great! Charges perfectly, and the digital "Charging" indicator is nice! The fan can get a bit loud, not noisy, but whooshing sound. Not enough to be bothersome, but most any fans used will do that. Overall, I love it.

Great product! Fan is quiet, chargeable batteries is nice. And stand is very convenient and organized. I do keep batteries handy because the rechargeable ones don't give much of a notice before they die. But it has saved me so much money on batteries already!!!
