I love the hoodie but I'm familiar with ordering asian sizes. I typically like womens small for tops and medium for hoodies I am 5'5'' 165 pounds curvy 'slim thick' and I am a 34DD/DDD. I typically like my items tight. I bought the XL and it fits me but its tight. if you wear a small, this would be perfect. its nice and soft and really a great item but you're going to need to go two or three sizes above what you would get at say, Walmart. so I'm giving it to my god daughter because she's 13 and super skinny. Really is a great product but if you aren't petite it might not be for you. I have shorter arms and its perfect, but if you're tall it is probably a no go. ... show more

I typically wear a medium in the US. I ordered an XL. They delivered a 2XL, but I'm not even mad. I think if I got an XL it might be tight on the upper arms. I don't think they adjust the hood for height, and if the hood was any shorter on me, it wouldn't fit. If you are tall, be warned that putting up the hood would be a stretch! I think this item would be more appropriate in the kids' section rather than women's due to the dimensions. Nevertheless, it's cute, it's soft, and I think I will be wearing it often. It's everything my daughter wanted - it's pink, it has cat ears, and it's fluffy. It's perfect for reading by the window on a rainy day, or just snuggling up by the fire. But she's thirteen. She runs more than she walks, and she's a competition skater. Alone, this poncho isn't warm enough to wear to the rink. The material is thin. If she falls, it'll tear with no effort. But it's still very cozy, and appropriate for walks on cool days. My daughter wears an adult medium, sometimes, large, because she's thin and tall. I ordered an x-large, and it's nice and baggy. Get this in a larger size!!! The pockets are also kinda weird. They’re not secured to the inside of the coat so they kinda stick out when you use them. But it’s REALLY soft and super cute. I’d get it again now that I know all of this.
