The key is to squirt a healthy amount on the part of your hair where the tape in is sealed. Try to squeeze it into the middle of your tapes. Saturate and kind of wiggle it back and forth with your finger and thumb. Let it sit for 1 minute. This is absolutely necessary. If you don’t let it sit for at least one minute, it will damage your hair and pull it out. If you have the patience to let it sit for a minute, it falls into your hands like butter. You can dab the section of the tape with rubbing alcohol or hairspray to remove access remover oils before re-washing. I would order two at a time because the amount is pretty small. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had tape in extensions put in for me for my wedding shower and my bachelorette party back in August. They were put in the exact way the directions said and I removed them with this product exactly the way the directions said. As soon as I got in the shower, my worst nightmare came true. CHUNKS of my hair were just all over the shower and in my hands. Not only did this product create bald spots ALL OVER MY HEAD, but it forever ruined my hair for good. It is so thin you can see my scalp no matter how I wear my hair. It looks like I got a very short haircut when I didn't. I had to pay BIG money to get professional extensions put in since this happened WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING. After already spending a fortune on paying for our wedding, I now needed to pay over a grand for new hair last minute. It is now almost March and after continuing to pay for these professional extensions upkeep monthly and using multiple products on the bald spots, it still has not improved. I have been absolutely heartbroken over this and insecure that I have finally found the courage to right a review. My family and friends have even talked about helping me sue this company all together because of the thousands I now have to continue to spend on my hair to make it even barrable to go anywhere in pubic without a hat. Used to remove tape ins. Took well over an hour and I lost a lot of hair. Even after washing my hair 4 times I had to use a scalp treatment oil to remove the sticky feeling left from the tape ins.
