The package arrived ON TIME! The jacket was perfect, had alot of pockets and the detachable hood is a plus also. The pants are amazing quality, well insulated, but they run small, especially in the waist. There is elastic side bands on the waist, but if you wanted to layer under the pants, there is no chance. I had to send back to get a size up for the pants. So If you normally wear a Medium order XL because of the pants. The Jacket is very comfortable, insulated well and not bulky. This jacket and pants combo is absolutely perfect. The seller delivers a quality product. They even offer size suggestions after you make a purchase. My pants fit perfectly with layers, however the jacket was too large. Luckily, the seller will exchange the jacket and I imagine with the speedy delivery process with the first order, that my jacket will come in next week as promised. I had thoroughly read all reviews before selecting sizing and purchasing this product. I sized up two sizes to ensure the outfit could be worn for an upcoming ski trip. I typically wear a Medium-Large. Ordered an xxl. The jacket was too big, but manageable because having a bit larger jacket in the cold weather is ok. The pants barely fit, but could be considered snug. The snaps do not stay snapped no matter what and the quality of the pant is nowhere near the jacket. The seam on the pant split on the mountian with no wear and tear which goes to show how low quality the pants and material are. The value of the combo seems great at first sight, but I would never pay $100+ for just this jacket and the pants are worthless. Seller should truly reconsider offering these items separately or upgrading the brand of the pants since so many customers have problems with the pants. Very unfortunate :( ... show more

I am a 5' 9" 135 pound female with a 28" waist. Purchased a size large based on seller recommendation for Americans and also on buyer reviews. The jacket that comes with this product is actually branded as Arctic Queen and seems sturdy and heavy enough to keep you warm. The coat fits like an American large though so it was too big everywhere: trunk, arms, sleeves, etc. Also, the pocket flaps on the front of the jacket are all false and just for decoration. Seems like an extra place for snow to collect. All of those flaps do have zippered pockets nearby and there are three hidden zipper pockets as well so the jacket has plenty of storage. The pants look like cheap, poly kids pants right out of the packaging and were visibly going to be too small for me. The waist was just right which means no room for thermals/long-johns or a pair of sweatpants to keep warm. The only positive thing to say about the pants is that the length was perfect, they come with a belt, and the suspenders are removable. The back zips off and the fronts Velcro. That is when I noticed the seams for the suspender loops are very weak and one on the pair I received was already popped. The seller did work with me to return the product. I had to pay to ship them to the return address but they reimbursed me for both the cost of the item and the return shipping charges. Bottom line, if you like the look of the jacket, I say, find it to purchase on its own. And if you are looking for pants to use on the mountains, keep looking. ... show more

I will say the pants fit fine not too tight or too loose but the jacket is a bit oversized which I didn't mind because I got it for a snow tubing trip anyway. Im 175lbs and 5'6 for reference and I got a large. If I would have gotten a medium the jacket would've fit perfect BUT the pants would've been too small ... show more

I purchased 2 of these jackets for myself and my teenage daughter. The jackets are very nice looking and warm. We unfortunately had an issue with zippers on both of our jackets, but the company was quick to respond and corrected the problem. Great customer service!!!
