Refund was processed immediately so no complaints with the seller… issue was quality. I’ve gotten other PU leather products that were quite nice. This bag felt more like cheap, plastic and had a weird smell. Not for me.

This was a small gift for my mom and this is what she had to say about the bag in hopes buyer's can make an informed decision lol: The bag isn't necessarily a premium or nice material but it does look good enough and it feels good and it seems to last through semi rough conditions without peeling. She really liked the shoulder strap that it came with, it was very wide and allowed her to carry the bag with load comfortably.
