I was so excited to have this necklace and the sentiment, “I’d be lost without you,” is precious. When the necklace arrived it was larger than I had originally anticipated and the CZ in the center is also big. While it sparkles and is pretty the size takes away from the piece looking real. The chain is poor quality and not heavy enough for the medallion making the piece somewhat unbalanced. It is 925 SS. I also think it is priced high. This is a beautiful sterling silver compass necklace charm on an adjustable 19" chain with a lobster claw closure. The compass charm contains a beautiful heart shaped clear CZ stone in the center and it is decorated with opal strip across the top of the compass charm and it is inscribed across the bottom with "I'd be lost without you". This necklace is very pretty. There is something mesmerizing about opal and this necklace has an inlay that captures the light and dances with a multitude of colors. The compass theme of the design makes this a great gift idea for many occasions. Its not overly expensive, and the symbolism of the compass can be a statement that stands alone. The center stone is big but it compliments the charm perfectly. It's not a thick stone and blends into the design essentially drawing the eye to the compass rather than the stone. I really like the pendant. The picture really does not do it justice. It is just really nice. The chain however is very delicate. Not sure it won't break and may have to upgrade to a better chain. This even came with a little gift bag.
