I live in Southern Ohio. We don’t usually get extreme cold. These shoes are comfortable and after two winters I can say they hold up under extreme cold. Temps: 6-negative 5. My feet stayed warm. Was it a constant warm? No. I move a lot inside and outside but at the end of the day my feet were warm. Very durable. Size is accurate. Sole is good to go. Color accurate. Very, very functional. Took out trash many times in them. Good stuff. I have not washed them mostly because I don’t have that many cold winters. I will try to wash them soon and let you know. I like these. A lot. Bought a size 7-8 for myself since I normally wear 7.5. they fit perfectly for me but if you are a size 8 I would get the next size up as my toe hits the front of the slipper. As for warmth they're warm until you're on a cold floor. After a few minutes the sole of the shoe conducts the cold and my feet do not stay warm. Otherwise a nice slipper for the price. ... show more

These slippers arrived within two days of placing my order. They came wrapped in plastic, but that is fine since they were in perfect condition. Inside the slippers were packed with paper to hold their shape. I unwrapped them and put them on right away. Very nice, cushy insole and soft "furry" lining. I did order a size up due to having high arches. I usually wear a 10, but got the 11-12 and they fit good although my big toe touches the end of the shoe. I think with some wear the inside will compact somewhat and they'll fit even better. I'm pleased with my purchase and my feet are toasty warm. ... show more

Overall fit and thickness of the soles are great. Warm and good for around the house and quick outdoor trips. Good traction for stairs. And they look as cozy as they feel.

I received the slippers and when I took them out of the packaging they were deformed. This is my third pair of these because they are so comfortable I order them every year. These are great slippers in cold weather. They keep my feet warm, and I love the way they look. The rubber bottoms prevent them from getting wet from spills / puddles, and they don't skid. They have held up well the months I've worn them.
