    • Great light when it works
I was happy with these lights the first time I ordered them. So I figured it was safe to order again and now am very disappointed. I got 16 for a shop building and I have 4 that will blink occasionally and 1 that has a 1 foot dead spot. I have tried several times to contact the company with no response. Since I have them installed I don't want to take them back down to return, I am only asking for the parts to repair. I am willing to replace them myself, just need the parts and I get no response. I put them up for someone else and now he's not happy and I'm stuck. If it was mine I wouldn't be as concerned. The 1 star is for the lack of customer service and quality control, not so much for the way the lights look. They are nice and sleek and put out a great amount of light. I don't like it when people rate the product to reflect their feelings about the service, but I don't have much choice and hope this will get their attention so I will get a response. That's really all I want. If their customer service had replied and we worked something out I would have given this 5 stars. I understand things happen and not everything works perfectly but don't just ignore someone who is asking for help. Update: Now that I got someone's attention I got the help I needed. The person who contacted me was more than happy to send me some new drivers and actually sent me a whole light so I could get the led strip I needed to replace the one that had a dead spot. Apparently they can't get the led strip as a spare part. Anyway now the customer is happy which is what I needed to start with. A shame that I had to write a bad review to get help, So I am updating the rating, but only to 4 stars. ... show more

We have hung these in our shed and holy cow was I impressed by how bright they are! They’re nice and light and they seem really durable. They’ve been up 6 months now and we haven’t had any issues. I’m very happy with these lights and how just one was more than enough for our 8’x20’ shed

I bought the 4 light package. It arrived in an engineered packing box that was unreal. Lights were in perfect condition but they were packed to take a real rough ride if needed . Quality is top notch . These are the best i've ever had and you haven't seen bright till you see these . I will buy some more soon.. Well worth the money. ... show more

I got this "used" and it has a ding, but I'm guessing a new one wouldn't have this issue. Anyways, I tested it on 115V AC outlet (115.2 to be exact) and the power draw was 102.4W, so pretty close to the rated value. After a little while it dropped to 96W. To my surprise it is dimmable! Under ~65V it flickers a little bit, but it doesn't go out completely until <50V. You can dim it down to just a few watts, which is neat. I just ordered a second one, so that after I put two of these in my garage, I will have the option to have some reasonable lighting while it's dimmed a bit, and then crank it up when I need extra light. It didn't come with any hardware, but I'm not sure if it's because it was "used' and stuff was missing, or it just doesn't come with anything anyways. As far as it getting hot goes: there is one spot along its length that does get pretty warm indeed, but the rest stays cool. Update: I installed it and it kept tripping the circuit breaker (AFCI type). I took it apart and found that one of the leads inside was pinched between the plastic end piece and the metal body, with the insulation cut through and the bare stranded wire touching the enclosure, meanwhile the white leads were crimped hap-hazardly and one strand of the stranded wire was sticking out, making intermittent contact to the enclosure. It took me about 20min to sort it all out. Now it works fine. The pinched wire could've been due to damage in-shipment, but the wire sticking out of the crimp: that's just poor manufacturing. Hopefully they will last and work fine from now on. ... show more
