This company put care in delivering the package. It was a nice box and they made sure to use every precaution to make sure that the plates were delivered, undamaged. All thanks to how they packed it. I wish more companies did that. The plates were easy to install and because how they packed it, there weren’t slide marks or scratches. The plates come nicely packaged to prevent unwanted scratches. The plates look good and go on as expected except for one issue. One plate is marked B on the inside to distinguish from the other when inserting. The issue I mentioned is when placing stand for horizontal use, there is no "characters" to guide you, as with PS5 plates by Sony. I bought this being a little skeptical due to the lack of reviews, however this did not disappoint at all. The plates were packaged very well, arrived in flawless condition, and look and feel just like the Sony faceplates, except in black! The only exceptions being that there is no PlayStation logo on the side and the texture with the PlayStation symbols inside the “fins” is replaced just with a generic “rough” texture, but that doesn’t bother me.
