Had a couple of these in the past but none of them had the three level of speed control. This one seems to work super well and with the faster speed, you'll be finishing a sweater in minutes rather than half an hour. My only concern is the waste material container is very small and I'm finding I need to empty it every minute or so. It might seem a little crazy to be excited over a pick/lint remover but this thing works great. Better than I expected. I have a big wool area rug, it’s looped so it has become full of fuzzy pills/picks attached to the main loops. They are kind of big as far as picks go and they stick up collecting other fuzzy stuff. Short of cutting them with a pair of scissors they weren’t coming off. I tried it out on this rug and I could HEAR it cutting the fuzzy picks, it didn’t take much just a few runs over the picks and they’re gone. The area I’ve done looks brand new. I gave it a try on my sofa and it works great on that too. My sofa is made of a tweed like textured material and it’s loaded with picks on the most used cushions, the edges and from years of washes. It worked perfect, the one cushion I’ve done looks new. It’s super easy to open up and dump the lint collector and easy to change and clean behind the blades. It also has a safety feature, I tried to turn it on while the blade cover was off and I couldn’t, so that’s good! It’s rechargeable, I really like that. I bought this because I tried to buy one locally and it didn't work. I like that this is rechargable and I don't have to worry about replacing batteries. As soon as it was delivered, I immediately went to work on my dogs towel which had TONS of lint balls. Upon taking it out of the box, it was charged at 95% so it was ready for use. To do both sides of the towel it did take me about 1.5 hrs, but considering the size of the lint balls, I can't necessarily fault the fabric shaver for that. It has three speed levels which are indicated on the screen. The screen also shows the battery percentage while in use. It took a while before the level dropped off from 95%. By the time I finished it was 80% which was very good considering how long I used it at medium speed. The front of the unit has a small clear window for you to see how much lint was collected. Only con was that the blades would eventually get bogged down by lint collecting behind the blades after a bit. You can hear a change into the speed and it starts to act like the battery is dying. Once you remove the front mesh cover and clean out the lint, the speed resumes back to normal. Also sometimes the lint wouldn't make it all the way into front collection container without some help of shaking or banging on the sides. It was helpful that they provided a small brush to help clean the blades and mesh cover. They also include a USB-C charging cord, two extra blades, and user manual. Removes pills and fuzz on knit garments without damage to the garment. There are three speeds and I love the vacuum feature that sucks it right into the collection chamber. The fuzz collection chamber removes easily and can be emptied easily. I use a wooden skewer if needed to reach the lower fuzz as I have large fingers. It is not too annoyingly loud. Edit- I went to change the blade and realized it just needed to be dusted off. The blade is still nice and sharp and I got a third pair done. And the battery level is still above 80%. I bought this in hopes that I wouldn't have to throw my sons pants away. These are old but he loves them. This thing made them look brand new again. Only 4 stars because the blade is completely dull after two pairs of pants. But to be fair, they needed a lot of help. The battery life is great though. It still has 88% battery left. ... show more

This quickly rescued several items of mine by making them fit to wear in public instead of just being “home clothes” due to pilling. Save money: save your clothes by keeping them looking good when they are still in good shape but have ended up looking crappy due to pilling. Rechargeable (plus you can use it while it is charging) is a hUGE bonus: you will not be using up batteries whilst rescuing your clothes from being embarrassing.
