Prints are vibrant and sharp. You need to know a bit about these kinds of machines before hand or you may get lost in installation. Confusing and incomplete instructions for construction and software installation and how to operate it/software. It is a solid machine for low quantity printing. Definitely get a dual head printer if you need more than 30 larger prints per day... a full 12" x 12" image takes about 15-20 minutes to print. Oven is nice but changing from Celsius to Fahrenheit seems impossible and instructions don't come with it. Decent value and miles above the rigged ET-8550 I used prior to it by far. ... show more
