These can recommended by either the Strategist or Wirecutter and I have to say they were right. I had some mitts from before that were fabric with silicone grips attached, which didn’t resist heat that well and were nearly impossible to clean. Perfect! These are great oven mits, especially when you have to reach far back into the oven. They go a good way up my arm so I feel protected. They function really well and provide a grip other oven mits lack. They are flexible, and the colors run true to the picture.

The mitts are among the best that I have owned. Usually mitts that protect well from heat are very thick and cumbersome. Not these. I feel I have a better hold on casseroles when taking them out of the oven. They still do a very good job of protecting from high heat.
