We bought this cover just over a year ago and was doing great until this year we realized how brittle it was after some sun and rain in socal. Now it is ripping and ready to rip wherever a corner of the furniture touches because it's brittle. We tried contacting the vendor through amazon since there's no direct contact info...we'll see if they respond. Our previous one from another brand lasted over 5 years so we may have to go back to that if they don't come through with the warranty. *Update: The vendor has responded to this issue and has since given me a full refund for the item. I'll update my review since the customer service was very good, prompt and courteous. Hopefully the cover works for others, but at least you know the company will back it up. ... show more

We had a cushion that was ripping at the seam after only a few months. In contacting the seller, they are sending a new replacement cushion cover, so if that happens, have absolutely no complaints. They were quick to respond and hopefully replace.

We live in SW Oklahoma. I purchased this product a few months ago to cover my fire pit and protect the heating element from rain and snow. It has worked like a charm and looks great out in the pool area. Last week we had some devastating weather that included six tornados and produced baseball size hail. Many structures in the area were understandably damaged by the rough conditions. Since a couple of metal logs in the fire pit stick upward with rough metal ends, it was rather understandable that our cover sustained some damage. But surprisingly there were only two small tears (not the rip to shreds that one would expect with such a force of nature). A couple of days latter I contacted this seller through Amazon and informed them of the situation. They responded quickly stating they would send out a replacement immediately. Absolutely no hassle, no issues or round arounds. I have already received the replacement cover a week after the damage occurred. And this is in spite of the fact that I didn't contact them for a couple of days after it occurred. So I can honestly say that this is really one very durable good looking cover that has exceptional customer service backing it. These are the folks to work with, I can attest to that!! ... show more
