This 2 set is supposed to include 1 die with exercises and 1 die with number of seconds or reps. Instead I got 2 dice both with only number of seconds or reps. There isn’t a die that include the reps.

I ordered these to help get my partner to work out with me; he's not fond of workouts, but a quick 3-exercise "game" that can be knocked out in 5 minutes or so is starting to get both of us into better shape. It's definitely at a level at the upper end of my capabilities due to my chronic illnesses, but I'm doing either the number/time called for or as many/as long as I can if I can't get to that number. He's mostly able to do the full sets. The exercises, done correctly, can work a wide variety of muscle groups, and are at a good intermediate level where 4-6 rolls of both dice will give a solid workout for someone of average health and energy. And I hope that by the time we get to where we've gotten strong enough to do 8 of these sets, working out will have become enough of a habit that I won't have to push him to exercise. The dice themselves are foam, big enough to fit in a hand, which allows enough printing room to make them legible without my glasses on. The print doesn't rub off or wash off easily, so I expect they'll be good for a few years if used regularly. ... show more

I am a swim coach and we do dryland in different rooms each week so I need equipment that is lightweight and easy to carry (like jump ropes, bands, rope ladders, etc). I have tried a couple versions of these as the kids enjoy having a competition in water and then using these in dryland so the winning team can roll and choose to do it or pass to the other team. These are smaller than some dice I have tried but appear to be well made and sturdy. The items included have a nice variety and *gasp* are spelled properly and are real exercises. This is a bigger issue than it sounds . . . one set of dice had a side that said "bubble squats" What are those? Another had the word "Friday". Another had "pussup" which I assume was supposed to be pushup but led to endless commentary by the teenage boys. ... show more

I like these dice...they are large and easy to read. We are able to switch up the workout with these so its not so routine. Great to do with my kids because its a game not exercising. these would make a great gift as well.

This is a great way to fight the plateau and a boring workout. It also saves on time if you need to come up with a new workout but don’t have the time to sit and plan one out. It’s a bit exciting to know that workouts that come from the throw of the dice will never be the same. And there’s some great body weight and cardio exercises. The exercises on the dice are basic but very effective. Paired with how many reps or how long a set will last makes this dice set perfect. Exercises can always be modified to make them easier or harder as well. This is a great option if you are tired of the same old same old or need some help thinking up a workout. ... show more

These oversized dice make workouts a little more fun and less of a chore. They are soft, but appear durable enough for long term use. It can become boring once you repeat the same exercises that are offered, but I do not mind, as we can come up with our own and roll the reps/time dice to keep play interesting. Comes with a nice little tote bag too, so it can be packed neatly into any gym bag. ... show more
