These cups are great, exactly what I was looking for. Took off a star because of the packaging - the tall cups were stacked inside the short cups and as soon as I took out the first tall glass the short glass came with it and fell and shattered. I reached out to the company about replacing it because the package came with a card with contact info to reach out to with any issues but they weren’t very helpful, just told me to contact Amazon because I ordered through them (not sure why they included the card if they can’t actually help with anything). I just needed some replacements for everyday glasses. These were reasonably priced, have a solid bottom and not too thin. Importantly, the outside bottom of the glasses are flat, unlike other one's that have a central indentation which leaves a pool of water from the dishwasher.
